Assistant Commissioner Pir Mahal spearheaded an anti-encroachment crackdown against land mafia in Pir Mahal Tehsil here Saturday.
According to the AC office, the operation was conducted in collaboration with the Revenue Department, MC Pir Mahal and the police squad led by the DSP Pir Mahal.
The Assistant Commissioner stated unequivocally that the occupation of government land would not be tolerated under any circumstances. The operation resulted in the recovery of approximately 8 acres of government land valued at around four hundred million rupees.
